Financial Leadership Development Program:
Designed for new graduates who are seeking careers that integrate finance and accounting with manufacturing, the program allows you to explore opportunities at various U.S. manufacturing locations.


Supply Chain Management Excellence Program:
This program offers experience within PPG’s supply chain organization, which spans the entire supply system. You’ll learn best practices and support core processes, including optimization and cost reduction.


Global Information Technology Careers:
PPG’s IT function includes global IT infrastructure services, application development and support, and advanced technology and enterprise architecture. We’ve been recognized by Computerworld as a best place to work in IT for both 2013 and 2014.

PPG Management Development Program (MDP):
Designed for MBA candidates interested in careers that integrate finance and accounting with global manufacturing, this program offers two-year rotations across three major areas.


Human Resources Master’s Internship Program:
This internship program can lead to an 18-24-month program which offers rotations in a business unit, an international location and our HR Center of Excellence, with the goal of becoming an HR manager within five to ten years.


MBA Supply Chain Program:
This program includes a one-year assignment to learn about our supply chain operations and work on real business unit issues.
